Submit your $250 Housing Deposit and Housing Application or Request to Commute.

Every student MUST complete this step as part of their enrollment process.

Please note: It may take up to two to three business days after paying your enrollment deposit and housing deposit for you to gain access to the housing application on my.biola.

$250 Housing Deposit

If you plan to live on campus, the first thing you need to do is pay your housing deposit. As you did to pay your enrollment deposit, log in to my.biola, and follow the instructions below:

  • Click the Student Financials tab.
  • Under Student Accounts click Manage My Account.
  • In the payment window that opens, click eDeposits.
  • Choose the appropriate term, then click the select button.
  • Choose Undergrad Housing Deposit and click the select button.
  • Confirm your selections, and click continue.
  • Enter your credit card information, and confirm your payment.

You can submit your housing deposit with a credit card or bank card on my.biola in the Student Financials tab (see above for directions). If you aren't able to pay with a bank card, contact your admissions counselor for instructions.

Pay your housing deposit by May 1 (fall applicants) or January 1 (spring applicants).

It takes up to 24 hours after you submit your housing deposit for the housing application to be made available, so please allow enough time to submit everything before the deadline.

The housing deposit is non-refundable after July 1 (fall applicants) and January 1 (spring applicants).
