Built in 1990, the Li Apartment Building is part of what is known as 'The Bluff,' which also includes Thompson Hall and the Li apartment building. Li is designed for undergrad students who are 20 years or older by the first day of Fall classes. It is staffed by a paraprofessional Resident Coordinator.
Li contains 14 two-bedroom apartments, designed to house 4 students each. Each apartment is approximately 1050 square feet. There is a laundry room on each level. Li is co-ed, with male and female students living in separate apartments. While there is no lobby or lounge per se, there is an external patio, and the landings and common balconies have become social spaces in Li.
Li Apartments' doors are secured by an electronic access system, so only students can access the building during the day, and only residents may enter the building at night. Each individual room is key-locked for student security. Security cameras in outside and common areas are monitored 24 hours per day, and Campus Safety patrols campus regularly to ensure student security at all times.
Each room differs slightly, so your room may look different. There are many other ways to personalize the layout of your room from these samples.
Community Time: Li residents come together often for a time of fun and fellowship together.
