Sexual Assault, Dating Violence, Domestic Violence and Stalking Information
Biola University prohibits the offenses of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking and reaffirms its commitment to maintain a campus environment that emphasizes the dignity and worth of all members of the university community.
Clery Act Information
The Clery Act (the Right-To- Know and Campus Security Act) requires campus security authorities to report criminal occurrences to the Department of Campus Safety under the annual reporting and timely warning requirements of the Act. It shall be the responsibility of the Department of Campus Safety to investigate reports of criminal activity on campus.
