      Remote Help

      Immediate Assistance: Call Biola IT Technical Support at (562) 903-4740 and ask to set up a Google Meet support session.

      Virtual Appointment: Select the Information Technology Appointments page, Virtual Support appointment, and select a day/time. You will receive a Google appointment email inviting you to the remote support session, along with a meeting link. When it's time for the appointment, click on the meeting link in the email.
