D&I Partners

D&I Partners champion diversity initiatives at Biola by serving as an extension of the Division of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I). In collaboration with D&I, they use their unique perspectives, strengths, and expertise to equip employees with practical intercultural skills, leading our community into a kingdom vision of diversity. A few ways in which D&I Partners serve are as facilitators for Reading Groups and Symphony, as well as provide feedback and support for emerging projects within the division.
