Note: If you require a ride from the airport to Biola, we will be more than happy to coordinate with Prime Time Shuttle to take care of the fee. Please know service is for shuttle to and from Biola only. (Prospective student must be in attendance.) Two week notice required (which includes flight information). Service available Monday through Friday only. Individual visits only — no preview days. If you need to cancel your visit, you must let us know right away or you may be charged shuttle costs.

Monday through Friday.
Please know that our office will be closed the following dates:
January 18, March 25, May 30, July 4, September 5, November 24-25, December 23-30.

Class visits and faculty appointments resume mid-February.
Missions Conference is March 9-11 and Spring Break is March 28-April 1 - there are no classes, chapel, faculty appointments, coach appointments, overnight stays.
Finals are the week of May 23.

Overnight accommodations will resume mid-February. Please plan accordingly. Two week's notice is required when scheduling an overnight stay. We ask that students be between the ages of 16-23, and there is a one-night maximum (some exceptions). There is a non-refundable overnight visit fee of $20. Please submit this fee online for an overnight visit to be scheduled. The fee does include two meal passes for the student. Parents will also be given a meal pass for one meal in the cafeteria. Unfortuantely, there are no Saturday or Sunday overnight visits (other than specified events) and guests must arrive at the Admissions Office between 8am and 5pm.

If yes, please indicate which night and tell us a little bit about yourself. This will help us in matching you with one of our Eagle Hosts. You will also be directed to a page where you can submit your payment. For example, are you more outgoing or a little on the quiet side?

If you would like to visit a specific class, we ask that you go to the Class Schedule and follow the prompts to see what is available on the date of your visit. You can then list the class in the comments section. Please know we will submit a request for approval.

Please know that we need at least two week's notice to schedule a faculty appointment or class visit. Please use the Biola University Schedule of Classes page to search for class times. Faculty appointments and class visits are available beginning February 8.
