Services for Students
All traditionally enrolled students, regardless of insurance status, are eligible for Health Center services.
Self-Help Medicine
The Biola University Student Health Center offers complimentary over-the-counter medicines for our students, ranging from pain relievers and decongestants to multivitamins and mouthwash and are available to students during Health Center open hours.
Student Patient Portal
The Biola University Student Health Center uses Secure Patient Messaging to contact patients electronically. This is done through the Patient Portal at https://biola.medicatconnect.com. Notifications are sent by e-mail from a "NoReply" sender with a subject line of "NEW MESSAGE FROM BIOLA HEALTH CENTER IN YOUR MEDICAT PATIENT PORTAL". This e-mail will direct you to your Patient Portal log-in. For further information, please contact the Health Center.

Services for Staff & Faculty
The Biola University Student Health Center provides first aid care for Workers’ Compensation related injuries and sees life threatening emergencies for all persons on Biola property.
Please consult the Biola University Employee Handbook Section 6.22 for additional information and limitations.
General Fees and Payment
- There is no office visit fee for all traditionally enrolled students.
- There are fees for physical exams, medications, lab work, and some medical treatments/procedures.
- Payment is required at the time of visit. Fees cannot be billed to the student's account. Accepted payment includes MasterCard, Visa, Discover, personal checks and cash.
