Digital signs serve as a visual communication medium to inform the Biola community. Only registered students, student organizations, faculty, staff and campus departments/offices are permitted to display digital content – slides and/or video – on the sign system. Slide content may not advertise or promote external organizations. It is the responsibility of the person or group submitting slide requests to provide content and graphics for the creation of the slide, or the entire completed slide. For helpful information about creating digital slides and moving graphics please follow these guidelines and procedures.
Enrollment, Marketing and Communications (EMC) reserves the right to address concerns with the digital signage content in order to augment the overall mission and branding of the university. Any content that promotes or condones behavior that violates university policies will not be approved for display. In an effort to optimize the management of the digital signage content, EMC also reserves the right to determine what content is displayed at which sign location(s) and determine the duration, dates, and times of content displayed.
Content that violates the digital signage policy or does not meet the guidelines will not be approved for display or returned for revisions.
Content must be submitted electronically a minimum of two (2) business days prior to the first date the content is requested to be displayed on the digital signs. The maximum runtime for digital signage is two weeks (14 days).
Please note this policy and procedures does not apply to the marquee on Biola Ave. Please contact email@example.com for guidelines for posting on the marquee.
To submit a digital signage request, please use one of the following forms:
Please submit your image in JPG format:
