Your Voice Matters

Student government works best when students are actively engaged. There are many ways to participate in SGA’s work.

Ways to Get Involved

Students can engage by submitting ideas or funding requests, attending Senate meetings, meeting with their Senators, running for office, or serving in appointed leadership roles.

Election and leadership opportunities are shared during active cycles, and student participation is encouraged at every level.

Student Initiative Proposals & Student Ideas

Any undergraduate student may submit an idea, concern, or funding request. Student Initiative Proposals are initially reviewed through SGA leadership, brought before Senate for discussion, and evaluated based on impact, feasibility, and student benefit.

SGA aims to support student ideas and communicate clearly throughout the process.
