The Admissions Operations Department oversees the Admissions CRM Recruit (Customer Relationship Management system) and the functional use of Banner (University ERP) and Perceptive Content (File Imaging System) for University Enrollment as well as for staff and faculty in the admissions process. This includes the management of admissions processes at all program levels, the production of enrollment reports to inform the university’s strategic decisions, the processing of all documents and supplemental items in the admissions process, and the handling of all incoming student data. Admissions Operations collaborates closely with many offices around campus.
