What I Do
I lead the optimization of admissions technology, data analytics, and operational efficiency. I oversee admissions systems, manage data reporting and analysis, develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for teams, and lead the implementation of the Slate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for Admissions.
