Dining Services for Employees and Departments

Faculty n Staff Dollars

Biola Faculty and Staff are eligible to receive discounts when dining on campus. Simply load money onto your personal ID card. Present the card to the cashier any time you make a purchase at one of our cafes. Faculty n Staff Dollars are accepted at all of our dining retail locations. Biola ID cards can be loaded online through e-Accounts, at the self-serve PHiL kiosks in the Library, and at all food service cash registers.

Please note Student Workers are not eligible to use Faculty/Staff Dollars. If you are uncertain if you qualify, contact Human Resources for an explanation of your employment terms and benefits.

Department Flex Dollars

Departments may load funds onto Department cards used exclusively for business-related dining. To transfer funds to a Department card please use this online form. To request the creation of a new Department card or report a lost card, please e-mail idcard.office@biola.edu
