All SOE graduate students are required to complete a mandatory Canvas course, School of Education Online Orientation (SEOO) during the early part of the Fall semester.

Academic Advising: Academic advising for online registration for SOE will be done by individual appointment. Here are the links to make those appointments:

Office hours during spring and fall semester are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. During the summer we close at noon on Fridays. 

Incoming students must meet with an academic advisor before registering for classes online. Meeting with an advisor is optional for transitioning students who have already taken credential courses at Biola.

School of Science, Technology and Health

M.S. in Speech, Language and Pathology Orientation

All incoming M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology students are invited to attend the Fall 2023 New Student Orientation. This week-long event will be held on campus the week before classes start and is required for all incoming students. Orientation is Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Throughout the week, students will meet their cohort and department faculty, become oriented with the program and prepare for their first clinical placement.
