Important Information

When contacting offices on campus — especially financial aid, registrar and accounting — it is important to identify yourself as a degree completion student so they can accurately advise you.

The information, policies and deadlines for these offices is unique to degree completion students. Our degree completion programs are broken into three trimester terms, with two sessions in each term:

Term 1
Fall Trimester
Term 2
Spring Trimester
Term 3
Summer Trimester
Session A
Session B
Session A
Session B
Session A
Session B

Financial aid is typically awarded for a full academic year, which includes three trimesters. Eligibility for each trimester is estimated on the initial award notification, and will be adjusted based on a student’s actual enrollment per trimester.

Registration/enrollment (which includes payment or a payment plan) takes place approximately one month before the start of the term and continues through the first week of the term for all courses in the term (regardless of session).
