Tiffany has worked in career development at Biola since 2008. Prior to Biola, she earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from USC, and a masters degree in education counseling from Cal State Dominguez Hills. Tiffany uses her varied career experiences and training to empower students to explore their own interests and possible callings. In her spare time, Tiffany loves going to the beach with her kids and hiking.
Victoria Leigh Julien

Victoria Leigh earned her bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Biola University in 2017. After working at a marketing and PR agency shortly after graduation, Victoria Leigh transitioned to nonprofit communications and media relations at the Los Angeles Dream Center, leading to the discovery of her passion for strategic partnerships and organizational collaboration. Joshua graduated from Calvin College with a bachelor's degree in psychology and worked in Los Angeles in the government and nonprofit sector for three years with and alongside organizations that partnered with the US Department of Mental health, the Los Angeles County Housing Authority, the LAPD, and several others. Before transitioning into higher education, he also worked in the private medical industry as a recruiter and enrollment specialist for the pharmaceutical industry. Joshua then moved on to work as a staff member at USC's International Graduate Department and Azusa Pacific University's International Admission department before coming to Biola. Joshua's dream is to one day have every Biola student walk out of a Biola with a degree, whilst simultaneously be walking into their career with a job offer.

Ryan graduated from Biola in 2014 with his bachelor's degree in psychology. He later went on to pursue a master's in college counseling and student development at Azusa Pacific University. During his master’s program, he discovered his passion for career counseling through an internship at CSUF. Now back at his alma mater, he is so happy to be serving students as they embark on their own career journeys in all different creative fields. It is his goal to make sure every student he meets is able to graduate confident in their career path.

Raquel graduated from Whittier College with a bachelor’s degree in political science and Spanish. She served in the United States Army for 8 years and deployed in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Prior to coming to Biola she worked in health care for over 15 years as a director of business development and marketing in Southern California. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with her husband and three beautiful kids.
