The Lim Center

The Alton and Lydia Lim Center for Science, Technology and Health is home to Biola’s science and health programs. This 91,200-sq-ft state-of-the-art facility integrates innovative learning spaces, collaborative environments and professional-grade equipment that support instruction, research and community.

Engineering Garage Rendering
Built for Innovation

Engineering and Robotics Garages

Opening in Spring 2027, Biola.io’s new engineering garage and robotics hangar add more than 6,400 square feet of space dedicated to technology programs. Designed for experiential learning, these facilities provide students with professional-grade settings to design, build and test complex systems. Features include a machine shop, welding area, classrooms and large open bays for projects such as Baja racing vehicles, F1-style cars, aerial drones and autonomous systems.

Kinesiology Exercise Lab in Soubirou Hall

Soubirou Exercise Lab

Located in Soubirou Hall, Biola’s state-of-the-art kinesiology facilities provide dynamic environments that support teaching, research and applied learning in exercise science, biomechanics and human performance. Students gain hands-on experience using advanced tools and technologies found in professional and clinical settings.

Speech-Language Clinic
Learning through Clinical Practice

Speech-Language Clinic

Serving children and adults from the community, the Speech-Language Clinic allows students to gain hands-on, supervised experience in assessment, intervention and client-centered care. Equipped with digital endoscopes, visipitch for voice analysis, nasometers and augmentative communication devices, this space allows students to develop professional expertise and empathy.
