Speakers
Patrick Sun
Dr. Sun and his lab are interested in how environmental stressors influence aging in the intertidal environment. He obtained his PhD in Biology from the University of Southern California (USC) and was a postdoctoral fellow in the School of Gerontology at USC. Some other current professional interests include a faculty reading group on Climate Change and Creation Care and developing our Botany course to incorporate aspects of fine art and research through Biola’s Organic Garden. Personally, Dr. Sun and his wife are parents to various house plants in various stages of unintentional accelerated aging.
