Jason Wilson (Ph.D., Statistics) is the chair of Biola’s Math & Computer Science Department. He is the founder and Director of their Quantitative Consulting Center (QCC). Jason is the co-creator of www.qopbaseball.com, which involves a patent-pending statistic for measuring the quality of major league baseball pitches. John 2:27 is Jason’s life verse, by which He seeks to be led by Jesus Christ in all he does. Jason lives in Whittier and is happily married to his wife Natalie, of 24 years, and has two daughters. 

The Quantitative Consulting Center (QCC) is the statistical consulting service of Biola’s Math and Computer Science Department for both on and off-campus clients. Our specialty is combining the exciting projects of our clients with our Statistical Consulting Practicum class (Math 380), which provides dynamic real-world consulting experience for our students.
