Fireside Chat with an Entrepreneur

Tim Taber is the founder, owner and president of Orange County-based Transparent Productions. The company has been the leader is producing Christian music events in the western United States for almost 20 years. In 2017, Transparent produced over 200 events in more than 30 states around the country. The company works with artists such as Hillsong United, Chris Tomlin, Rend Collective, Crowder, Lecrae, Andy Mineo and many others. Transparent also produces nine Christian music festivals including Fishfest, Spirit West Coast, Glory and Gracefest. Tim was previously owner of Floodgate records, managed bands, worked in A&R at record labels and was lead singer if the alternative rock band, The Prayer Chain. In addition to the music business, Tim and his wife, Tracy, founded the RockHabor Church Uganda ministry 13 years ago which has grown to over 15 church plants in Gulu and surrounding areas. Tim lives in Costa Mesa, California with Tracy and their three daughters.
