This talk will center on a favorite passage of the Gospels, a passage that has taken on a new flavor when considered in light of Professor Chris Davidson's own college experiences. We will explore how having an identity formed by enthusiasm and community can also, at times, keep a person from recognizing, let alone embracing, the abundant life Christ offers to us.
