We secretly long for recognition even when we do the basic things every Christ-follower should be doing to begin with. How do we live with the posture of a dutiful servant who isn't fueled by approval or applause? And is it possible for this kind of life to be filled with delight? This passage invites us to behold the wonder of obligation & privilege found in the Christian life.
