Academic Advising
If you are a Biola student, you may schedule an appointment in advance with a peer academic advisor or your assigned full-time staff advisor. Peer Academic Advisors also have limited drop-in availability.
Office Hours
Our Online Bachelor's staff work fully remote and are available to assist students via phone calls, video chat, and email. Students may also make an appointment in advance with a full-time Academic Advisor or Peer Academic Advisor through Navigate.

How to Schedule an Appointment on Navigate

Log into Navigate and click "Schedule an Appointment"

Select the type of appointment, service and date. Note: if you would like to meet with a Peer Academic Advisor, select Peer Advising.

Select your preferred day and time. This calendar automatically syncs with your assigned staff member from the Academic Advising Center.

Select your preferred appointment modality and share a brief description of what you hope to discuss. Schedule the appointment, and you will receive an email confirmation.
