Ministry is incredibly rewarding, but we know it can also be demanding. Leading a local church means giving a lot of yourself, often day after day. That’s why Talbot School of Theology is inviting pastors and ministry leaders from across the country to Equipped Together, a national lunch-and-learn designed to refresh, encourage and equip you and your team.

At Talbot, we want to come alongside the local church and be a resource for you and your ministry. We created this event as an opportunity for church leaders to step away from the everyday demands of ministry, spend time together and invest in their own growth and well-being.

We encourage leaders to bring their entire team—from associate pastors to ministry directors—for a meaningful time of connection, encouragement and renewal.

What to Expect:
- Refreshment: Enjoy a complimentary meal and time to connect with other ministry leaders who understand the joys and challenges of serving the church.
- Equipping: Walk away with practical tools and insights that can strengthen your leadership and serve your church well.
- Encouragement: Take time as a team to pray, connect and be reminded that you don’t have to do ministry alone.
