Apply to the Conservatory of Music
Submit your Conservatory of Music application, including details on your audition pieces.

Submit two references as a part of your application
Fill out the reference request form, and our office will send your two contacts a form to complete their reference.

Complete an audition with the Conservatory of Music
Auditions include a basic musicianship examination designed to demonstrate university level music study readiness. See audition requirements for your program of interest:
- B.A. in Music
(including Commercial Music concentration)
- B.A. in Theatre
(including Acting for Stage and Screen and Musical Theatre concentrations)
- B.M. in Music Composition(including New Media Composition concentration)
- B.M. in Music Education
- B.M. in Music Performance
- B.M. in Music Therapy (pending AMTA approval)
- B.M. in Worship Arts
- Minor in Music
- Minor in Contemporary Worship Music
NOTE: After acceptance and upon enrollment, students will be given placement examinations in music theory, aural skills and keyboard proficiency. These examinations are given for the purpose of validating prior study and determining proper placement in music courses. Music theory placement exams may be taken during the day of your audition. Aural skills and keyboard proficiency will be tested after acceptance into the Conservatory. All exams must be completed by May 1. To find out more, please contact the Conservatory of Music.
