LA MIRADA, CALIF. — Tomorrow, 404 graduates will be handed diplomas at Biola’s first traditional in-person commencement ceremonies since the start of the pandemic. Bishop Kenneth C. Ulmer, senior pastor of Faithful Central Bible Church in Los Angeles, along with John-Paul Foster, co-pastor at Faithful Central Bible Church and adjunct professor at Biola, will be giving the commencement address at the four commencement ceremonies.

There will be a total of four ceremonies held in Chase Gymnasium on Biola’s campus in La Mirada. The ceremonies will be Biola’s first traditional graduation ceremony since 2019 while still abiding by the county’s health and safety protocols.

In fall 2020, Biola hosted a drive-thru commencement ceremony and pod style commencement ceremonies were held in Spring 2021.
