Once you know your strengths, what’s the next step? A Saturday workshop hosted by the MBA Alumni Chapter on March 19, 2011 began answering that question for a group of MBA students and graduates. The 7-hour seminar, led by Jim Seybert of The Marcus Buckingham Company, included written exercises, interactive evaluations, video presentations and one-on-one encouragement to help participants understand and embrace their unique giftedness, and how to employ those strengths in the workplace, church and personal relationships. It was a long day of sustained focus . . . but at the end, all were energized and better-equipped for “Business as Ministry”! Info on upcoming alumni events, please visit: www.biola.edu/alumni
