For the first time ever, the annual “Reasonable Faith in an Uncertain World” conference was held on the West Coast, November 15 to 17.

The event united nearly 800 attendees who were able to hear from 30 of the leading minds in Christian academia and informed of the latest challenges to Christian thought and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Biola professors who spoke at this event included J.P. Moreland, distinguished professor of philosophy, who spoke on the “Argument from Consciousness,” evaluating the Mind/Body controversy, and the fact of human consciousness as an argument for God’s existence.

William Lane Craig, associate professor of comparative religion and apologetics, spoke on "the Dawkins Delusion" addressing the leading edge of the "New Atheism" movement

Craig J. Hazen, associate professor of comparative religion and apologetics, spoke on “To Everyone an Answer," on the charge of the Apostle Peter to give an answer for their hope with reverence and respect (1 Peter 3:15).

The event was held at College Avenue Baptist Church in San Diego and cosponsored by Biola University, EPS, Bethel Seminary and College Baptist Church.
