Biography

Dr. Rachel Bodell comes to Biola University holding three degrees from three countries — the U.S., France and England. Her research and teaching expertise are in the arenas of organizational and personal value assumptions and ethical marketing strategies. Before her time at Biola, she gained industry experience including healthcare information technology, cosmetics and hospitality — she has worked for companies such as Estée Lauder, CompuGroup Medical AG and Red Robin Gourmet Burgers in areas ranging from business development and marketing to sales, training and customer service. She is also a wife, a mom of two girls and a miniature Goldendoodle named Cooper. She has an online upcycling commerce business through Poshmark and is an advisor to a new School of Innovation and Management (SIM) in Vietnam.
