Spring 2022 Hours:
The Biola Tech Commons, located in the Biola library, provides in-person technical services and support to students, staff, and faculty. Phone, email, and remote support assistance is also available.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, if you'd like to use a
computer in the library, please visit the Tech Commons desk in the
middle level of the library to borrow a keyboard and mouse.
The Windows and Mac computers in the Library are available for
staff, faculty, students, and alumni to use with a NetID and password.
Computers in the library have a host of software applications
installed to support learning, teaching, and research. Make sure to
save your data to an external device or cloud storage when using these
public computers - we clean off the storage drives regularly for your
protection.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, media equipment loans are not available at the Tech Commons until further notice.
Staff, faculty, and current students are welcome to borrow media equipment from Tech Commons, such as sound amplification and recording kits, projectors, and video recorders. Visit our inventory page for a full list of media equipment for loan. To reserve equipment, please fill out a Reservation Request Form. You are also welcome to walk in and check out items if they are not already reserved. Make sure to visit our policies page before you borrow equipment.

You are welcome to sit at our tables and study while you charge your device, but please don't leave your device unattended.
We're here to help you print, copy, and scan. Prices are 10 cents per page for black and white and 40 cents per page for color. For more information, visit our Pharos print and copy page, or the page for printing in the library.
