The Biola Office of Health Professions Advising is dedicated to serving the Biola pre-med and pre-health professional student population. We provide academic and graduate school advising as well as application support. We hold various events, seminars and classes for our pre-health students every semester. Events include: Emergency Medicine Technician (EMT) certification and CPR certification courses, the UPH Summer Clinical and Research Internship in Indonesia, MCAT prep courses, application workshops, and mock interviews. The department oversees the Biola Health Careers Club, which holds bimonthly meetings. Students have the opportunity to interact with practicing health professionals in various fields, representatives from graduate schools, and students can also hear how they can participate in several field-trip/volunteer/missions opportunities.
