Crowell School of Business at Biola University is now a Partner Organization with the Entrepreneurial Leaders Institute, Wycliffe Hall, University of Oxford, in offering an annual executive education course, the “Entrepreneurial Leaders Programme” (ELP). Now in its third year, the 2020 ELP will be held August 16-22 at the University of Oxford.

The ELP is a one-week intensive and transformative experience for Christian marketplace and entrepreneurial leaders from around the world, intended to equip them to leverage their resources for greater difference-making in their respective spheres of influence such as business, church, non-profits, and society. The ELP is the premier course of its kind, based at one of the world’s leading universities and taught by world-class Oxford and international faculty in a dynamic and interactive environment. The ELP is designed for entrepreneurs, owners, and senior leaders of for-profit businesses with a minimum of 10 years' track record of success.

ELP 2020 will have an outstanding faculty, including world-renowned biblical scholar N. T. Wright, Oxford professor and apologist John C. Lennox, and Scott Rae, Professor of Christian Ethics at Talbot School of Theology, Biola University. The ELP is a unique opportunity to be a part of an intimate setting and engage in dialogue and Q & A with each of these renowned professors.  Dr. Richard J. Goossen is Director of the Entrepreneurial Leaders Institute and the course coordinator.

The ELP is offered in collaboration with Wycliffe Hall, a Permanent Private Hall of the University of Oxford. In addition to world-class instruction, the ambiance of Oxford is inspiring for ELP participants. The 850-year old university city, with its fabled spires, medieval colleges and other attractions, is unmatched in the world.
