Biola University has formed an alliance with Christian Community Credit Union to offer Biolans a new opportunity to help support scholarships. Starting with a $40,000 donation, Christian Community Credit Union has made a commitment to give Biola $240,000 toward student scholarships over the next five years.

“Thanks to Christian Community Credit Union’s generosity, our joint efforts will help in making a Biola University education more attainable for future generations of students,” said Biola President Barry H. Corey.

As part of the partnership, Christian Community Credit Union is extending an exclusive opportunity to alumni, students and their families, staff and other Biola supporters. Full details are available at mycccu.com/biolaoffer.

“It’s an honor and a blessing for us to form an alliance with Biola in establishing a program that aligns with Biola’s mission of equipping students to impact the world for Christ,” said John Walling, president/CEO of Christian Community Credit Union. “The potential for scholarships through our affinity partnership with Biola is great. And the more individuals who take advantage of our special offer, the greater the donation to scholarships.”

Currently managing over $700 million in assets, Christian Community Credit Union has 30,000 members worldwide and has served the financial needs of Christian ministries, churches and their members since 1957.
