Hey everyone,

This blog was really hard to write. It’s crazy that I am coming to the end of my 3rd semester at Biola.

Life at Biola has never been better. I have made amazing friends and my job as an Biola Ambassador has blessed me in ways I never knew I needed. Getting to share what I love most about a school that has impacted my life in so many ways is rewarding. The Admissions staff is my second family and I am so happy I have them and I am so thankful.

This semester has taught me that certain things in life will require a lot of hard work, but the reward in the end will be worth it.. This semester I started taking classes for my major, Public Relations  and have absolutely found what I am supposed to be doing for the rest of my life. This semester I am in four PR classes since I jumped head first into this major and it was so worth it. If you come to a Biola admissions event, I would love to chat about PR if you think it might be something you are interested in.

This picture on the left is a picture from when I went to san Luis Obispo over Torrey weekend and being a photographer, I NEVER have pics of myself LOL.

This semester I went on tons of adventures and tried new things and made a lot of new friends. God has blessed me in so many ways, my relationship and love for him grow every day. The Bible classes here at Biola make your love for him grow every single day. The richness of knowledge that you are given is so rewarding, it is worth all of the long nights studying because you walk away with knowledge of our God.

This semester I realized I live in one of the most diverse cities in the world and that I should explore it while I am here, so every weekend I have tried to do something spontaneous and fun. Then I realized there was homework but with LA being so close to so many things, day trips were always the move this last semester. College is such a fun time and I cannot wait for all of you to experience it so soon!!

This semester I have been changed for the better. My relationship with God has never been better, there have been some trying times where I have had to dwell in him deeply, but through those times my relationship with him has grown so much. The reason I decided to attach these photos is because through these pictures I truly see his craftsmanship in his creations. When I think of what heaven is like, I think of these colors. They are so easy on the eye and are peaceful. The first photo is taken after a long and mentally exhausting day, but the Lord showed me that he was there when I needed him to be and he let me know that he never leaves my side. The Lord has blessed me is many ways this semester, even in my classes. My grades have never been better than they are right now, and I know that is because the Lord has given me the strength to work hard towards that.

My favorite class that I am in this semester is Intro to Public Relations, my professor is amazing and everything that I am learning will help forward me in the career that I want to go into. If you choose to major in PR or minor, this class is so full of information and has helped prepare for the internship that I have applied for during the upcoming spring semester.

I cannot wait for the coming semester because this one was so good! My favorite memory from this semester was probably getting hired to be an Ambassador for Biola Admissions. I love my team and staff so much. My favorite admissions event was University Day. I loved meeting all of the prospective students and sharing what I love about Biola. I am really looking forward to Biola Bounds coming up!

The bible verse that is at the end of this blog is a passage that I have dwelled a lot on this past semester. God controls all and he knows what your future is. There is no need to worry when it is all in his hands.

11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. 12 Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. 13 You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.

God bless you all. So excited for another Semester @ BU!

Until next time,
