Kelcey Storkersen

Dr. Kelcey Storkersen enjoys teaching both in the occupational therapy and psychology department at Biola. As a Biola alumni, she felt called both into the clinical and academic world of occupational therapy. Her career interests have been in early intervention, working with infants and toddlers birth-three. She has led mentorship groups for other providers, and worked with a variety of regional centers across the state. She also has worked with a non-profit focusing on empowering clients who are at-risk of losing their housing or unhoused. She teaches workshops with a variety of clients within the non-profit, focusing on wellness, leadership, advocacy, and parenting. She developed several programs within this non-profit. She has mentored occupational therapy doctorate students from various universities who have completed their capstones with this organization as well. She also has enjoyed teaching at various conferences (AOTA, OTAC, WROTSS) and guest speaks with other non-profits for supporting parents with young children/infants.
