Erika Sanchez

As a member of the Division of Diversity and Inclusion team my primary role is to help prepare Biola to become a Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI). I provide leadership and training to administrators, faculty, and staff which in turn fosters an environment where Hispanic students feel welcomed, celebrated, supported and a meaningful sense of belonging so they can thrive in their educational studies and successfully attain their degree at Biola University.
