What I Do
Leading university efforts for the retention and success of all undergraduate students. This role will include research and analysis to understand retention and attrition trends (both at Biola and nationally), development of future initiatives that have the potential to positively impact any negative trends, and a review of previous retention efforts. Identifying​ high-risk student groups and serves as a key advocate for solutions that address service, policy, and climate problems that may impede student success. Works to involve faculty, staff, and administration in the use of research to understand concerns and identify solutions to improve the success of students.
