Facilities Planning and Construction is responsible for new construction, additions, improvements and renovations. Additionally, they provide services to include steelcase and office layout, consultation, office moves, floor plan and design work. The department is also responsible for the university's Master Plan document and it's implementation.

Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Offices are closed on observed holidays.
Estimates for these services are available upon request.
To start a new project, a "Capital Project Initiation Form" must be completed. This form is available by email from the Facilities Planning & Construction department.
In addition to construction, the Utilities crew will also provide assistance in moving office furniture, setting up classrooms, moving boxes, etc. Attempting to do these jobs without Facilities Management assistance can lead to employee injury and damage to Biola property. Charges are applied for such services only if the time required exceeds one hour.
