Dr. Grace earned his M.S. (85') and Ph.D. (87') degrees in Experimental Social Psychology from Colorado State. His primary research interests are in social and cognitive psychology, with current interested in helping behavior, martial relationships and assessing spirituality in marriages. He has published in a variety of journals on the above topics. He is also committed to helping train graduate students to become effective college teachers and continues to teach the Introduction to Psychology course to undergraduates. In his role as vice president of Student Development and University Planning, he oversees these key administrative areas for the university. Further, he and his wife Alisa speak at numerous colleges, universities and church groups each year on topics such as psychology, spirituality, relationships and marriage, and they enjoy working with pre-marital and young married couples. Finally, he is in his 20th+ year of playing intramural football and basketball, and while he believes he can play until he is 50, his wife contends that he may want to retire from such sports within the next few years.
