Biola University is currently an applicant to the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) for both master's (OTM) and doctoral degrees (OTD) in occupational therapy. Please see the "Accreditation Updates" section below for additional details.

Accreditation Updates
Biola University is currently an applicant to the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) for a master's (OTM) in occupational therapy. We have secured a Summer 2025 slot in the accreditation cycle and plan to launch our first cohort in May 2025. Additional Institutional Accreditations
Biola University holds institutional accreditation from the WASC Senior College and University Commission (1961). In addition, the institution and some specific programs are accredited by:
