Summer Residency 2011

Information & Overview

The Summer Residency takes place on Biola’s campus from June 19 to July 3, 2011.

Students who plan to join us for the Residency will attend lectures that correspond with courses in which he or she was enrolled during the Spring term (Track One or Track Two):

Track One

  1. Ethics
  2. Scientific Apologetics/Why God Allows Evil
  3. Cultural Apologetics
  4. In Defense of the Resurrection
  5. Seminar: Special Topics in Apologetics

Track Two

  1. Scripture: Authority, Canon and Criticism
  2. Essential Christian Doctrine I
  3. Essential Christian Doctrine II
  4. Philosophy of Religion/Why God Allows Evil
  5. Seminar: Selected Topics in Apologetics

Housing and Meals:

We have reserved a limited number of furnished university apartments for your use. We can accommodate singles, couples, and families for rates ranging from $140 to $575 per week. Campus housing will be available on a first-come basis for those who are registered for the modular program. Housing is also available at local hotels for reasonable rates.
