Using Your Meal Plan

Our meal plans are offered with either a weekly or semester meal allowance. For instance, a 10 flex plan allows you to use up to 10 meals a week in Cafe Biola while a block of 40 meals allows you to eat up to 40 meals a semester in Cafe Biola. Weekly meal plans replenish themselves every Sunday. That means, if you're on the 10 flex meal plan, every Sunday 10 more meals are downloaded onto your ID card. If you are on a block plan, you will get a one-time download of either 40 or 175 meals for the entire semester. Be aware that unused meals do not roll over and are non-refundable.

Student Dollars

Students have the option to purchase Student Dollars separate from a meal plan. On-campus residents often use Student Dollars to supplement their meal plan, while Commuter students often use Student Dollars in lieu of a meal plan.

Student Dollars can be used at any of the dining locations on campus, as well as for printing in the computer labs. When used for dining, students receive a 10% discount off of menu prince. Student Dollars have no expiration date and will remain on your ID card as long as you are a current student.

Student Dollars can be purchased online with a credit card by logging on to www.biola.edu/eaccounts. The e-Accounts service allows students to add funds, check balances, view spending history, and save preferred payment methods. Parents, family members, and friends may also deposit funds onto a student's card from the same website. View instructions in the Downloads section below.

Student Dollars can also be purchased in-person with cash or credit card at the self-serve kiosks in the Library and at any of the Bon Appetit cash registers.
