Tradewinds Apartments

Purchased by Biola in 2005, the Tradewinds Apartment Building is part of what is known as 'The Block,' a row of apartment buildings located a half-mile from the Biola campus. Tradewinds is designated for undergrad students who are 20 years or older by the first day of Fall classes. It is staffed by a graduate assistant.

Tradewinds is located just down the street from Biola’s campus and houses around 45 upperclassmen. Apartments contain a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and 1-2 bedrooms per apartment that house 2-4 residents. Residents have access to a communal laundry room as well as a central courtyard with a BBQ grill and outdoor sitting.
