As your student prepares to begin their Biola journey, we want to help you feel informed, supported and connected every step of the way. Our Parent Webinar Series is designed specifically for parents and families, covering important topics such as enrollment requirements, billing and financial aid, student support resources, move-in preparation and insights from experienced college parents. Join us throughout the summer to get your questions answered and gain the tools and confidence to support your student during this exciting transition.

  • Safe, Supported, Connected: Starting college is a major transition and having the right support system can make all the difference. Safe, Supported, Connected is a webinar designed to help students and families better understand the many ways Biola cares for and supports students throughout their college journey. From personal wellbeing and emotional support to campus resources and everyday student care, this session will highlight the people, services and systems in place to help students thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

  • Ready. Set. Enroll: This session is all about Enrollment Step completion-You’re admitted — now it’s time to make it official. Ready. Set. Enroll. is a step-by-step webinar designed to help students and families successfully complete the important enrollment tasks needed before starting at Biola. From submitting forms and housing applications to reviewing financial aid requirements, class registration preparation, and checklist deadlines, this session will walk you through everything you need to complete in order to stay on track for a smooth start to the semester.

  • Dollars & Deadlines: Understanding Your Biola Bill- College finances can feel overwhelming, but understanding your student account doesn’t have to be. Dollars & Deadlines is a practical webinar designed to help students and families confidently navigate the billing and payment process before the semester begins. We’ll walk through how to read your Biola bill, understand important payment deadlines, review financial aid and scholarship applications, explore payment plan options, and avoid common mistakes that can delay enrollment.

  • The Parent Perspective: No one understands the college transition quite like parents who have already walked through it. The Parent Perspective is a candid and encouraging conversation featuring current college parents sharing their experiences, practical advice, and insights from their family’s journey. From move-in emotions and communication expectations to supporting independence and navigating the first semester, this webinar is designed to help you feel more prepared and connected as your student begins college life.

    • The Big Move: Move-in day is more than packing boxes and loading cars — it’s the beginning of a brand-new chapter. Join us for The Big Move, a helpful and encouraging webinar designed to prepare students and families for a smooth transition to college life. We’ll walk through everything you need to know before arriving on campus, including packing tips, residence hall essentials, move-in day logistics, roommate communication, emotional preparation, and practical ways to make the transition easier for the whole family.
