Chris Crane is CEO of Edify Inc, a faith-based humanitarian organization that makes small business loans to sustainable, Christ-centered schools educating impoverished children in Africa, Latin America and India. These sustainable Christian schools charge $.40 to $1.25 per day tuition, which is affordable to parents earning only a few dollars a day. The schools repay their loans, and the funds are then recycled to other schools. Edify has loaned over $18 million to more than 1,600 schools in developing countries.
