Who's invited: Incoming fall 2017 science students (includes transfer and freshman students)
What's happening: Complete required placement exams, receive academic advising and receive priority class registration. You can also get your Biola ID card at this event!
When: Saturday, May 20

Where: Biola University (Check in at the Business Building)
This is an event exclusively for incoming science students to take required placement exams, receive academic advising, register for classes (with priority!), and get their Biola ID card. Further details regarding the schedule will be provided by email a week prior to the event.
Park in the Lot E parking structure (Campus Map)
Check In is at the Business Building
8:30–9 a.m. — Check in
9–9:55 a.m. — Freshman General Session and Transfer General Session
10 a.m.–12 p.m. — Academic Advising and Registration (Non-Placement Exam Majors)
10–11:30 a.m. — Chemistry Placement Exam
11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. — Lunch/Get Biola ID card
12:30–2 p.m. — Academic Advising and Registration (Chemistry Placement Exam Only Majors)
12:30–2 p.m. — Physics Placement Exam
2–5 p.m. — Academic Advising and Registration (Both Placement Exam Majors)
*You may be done with the event earlier than the listed event time. Once you register for classes, you may leave the event.
Note: Majors vary on the types of required placement exams. To check which placement exams you need and how to study for the exams, please view the Academic Advising website.

Communication Sciences & Disorders, Computer Science, & Math = No Placement Exams
Nursing = Chemistry Placement Exam Only
All Other Science Majors = Chemistry and Physics Placement Exam
