Each week in Wednesday Wisdom Chapel, we hear from speakers whose specializations and experience bring us biblically-based wisdom for Christian engagement in the arts and culture, reconciliation, missions and evangelism, justice, relationships, spiritual formation and other relevant topics. Come join us as we gather together as a community to pray, “Thy Kingdom Come” in all these areas of our lives.

Mission:

To cultivate a multi-ethnic student community that seeks to advance principles of cultural diversity and justice as the Kingdom of God is manifested in us and through us.

Vision:

To develop and disciple Biola students and to serve the broader Christian community through celebratory events, educational programs, and intentional multi-ethnic community for the ultimate transformation of ourselves and society.

Arielle Estoria Wilburn

Born and raised in foggy Northern California, Arielle Estoria Leda Wilburn is a Writer Speaker and Creative. Arielle graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2015 with a Bachelor's in Psychology and focus on theater integration to be a creative bridge between intellect and creativity, the mind and the heart.

“Words not for the ears but for the soul”

The heartbeat behind her work,  is a diligent pursuit of instilling and reminding individuals of their worth through words. Arielle has spoken in at universities such as Azusa Pacific University, Cal State Fullerton, UCLA and Point Loma. She has collaborated and worked alongside nonprofits for conferences, classes and workshops in the California area and beyond. You can find her voice and lyrical presence representing her Alma Mater on local television stations.

Arielle is the Co-Author of two self-published collections of poetry: Vagabonds and Zealots (2014) and Write Bloody Spill Pretty (2017) which can both be found on Amazon.com and in 2016, released her EP of poetry and music titled Symphony of a Lioness.

Josh Saucedo

Josh Saucedo is a fresh lively individual. Packed with rejuvenating rhymes that are both
powerful and heartfelt. Passionately Christ centered in his gift to communicate the gospel
through compelling lyrics that will leave the listener face to face with biblical truth and
grace. Truly missional, not only as a speaker, mc, rapper and poet but displaying a heart
for people, as he is actively involved in community service. It’s no secret, for Josh hip-
hop is an instrument to point to the author of Life.
