Kate Wallace will ask the question, why are we dedicating a week to discuss gender, faith, & culture? Why is it important for Christians to think well about gender, and the implications of living in a gendered society? Kate will highlight the importance of responding to issues of gender inequity and harmful stereotypes as a means of living out our faith.

Kate Wallace
Kate Wallace M.Sc. is Operations Manager for the Wesleyan Holiness Consortium and an adjunct professor in political science. A committed Christian and millennial feminist, Kate enjoys writing and speaking on the intersection of politics, religion, and gender. Her favorite theologian is Gilbert Bilezikian. She loves chocolate, dogs, hiking, J.K Rowling, theatre, & political theory. She holds a Master of Science from London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts from Azusa Pacific University.
