Speakers

Helen Mitchell

As the director and co-founder of Saddleback@Work, the workplace ministry at Saddleback Church, Helen is helping people to live out their faith at work. She is a minister, speaker, author, consultant and authority on faith and work matters. She is also a consultant to public and private companies and ministries regarding strategy, organizational effectiveness, and building cohesive leadership teams. As the Director for the new initiative for Faith, Work and Economics at the Talbot School of Theology, Biola University, Helen is influencing the next generation of pastors.

Helen has authored many articles, devotionals, and co-wrote Christians in the Workplace, a
workplace small group curriculum. She has acted as an advisor and taught in the Biola School of Business Work Life Certificate Program and she currently serves as a Mentor in their MBA program. She co-taught Ministering to Christians in the Workplace, a class offered through the school of Theology at Azusa Pacific University. 

Helen holds a B.S. degree from Arizona State University and a Masters in Organizational
Leadership from Biola University. She completed Columbia University’s Senior Executive
program and is currently in seminary at Talbot. She is the mother to two daughters, ages 15 and 11.
