Speakers

Freddy Cardoza

Dr. Cardoza ministered 20 years in church and parachurch ministries of all sizes, and has taught academically for more than 15 years at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels.

Through Talbot School of Theology, Freddy serves as Chair of the Department of Christian Education's undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs. He is also Biola University's Director of Distributed Learning and Instructional Technology, where he oversees the areas of distance and online learning, BlackBoard, educational technology, and new digital-learning initiatives.

Dr. Cardoza is the Executive Administrator for the North American Professors of Christian Education (NAPCE), which is the academic society of evangelical professors representing some 200 seminaries, universities, and liberal arts colleges who teach in the areas of spiritual formation, Christian ministries and Christian education.

Freddy received a Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) in Leadership from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and completed the required coursework for the Doctor of Education (Ed.D./ABD). He earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from Liberty University.

Freddy speaks regularly at churches, conferences, conventions, retreats, and seminars.
