Direct strategic initiatives at Biola University's Crowell School of Business: Entrepreneurship & Innovation (Biola Startup Competition, Praxis Academy, Elevate National Business Plan Competition, Silicon Beach (LA) 'Entrepreneurs in Tech'). Integration of Theology and Work (Master of Management, Nonprofit Organizations, Executive Education; Thought Leadership through Crowell School of Business’s publishing platforms and Lausanne's Global Workplace Forum). Entrepreneur Robert Harp founded (GHN) in 2000 to provide expert market insights and thought leadership perspectives to CEOs and decision makers in the global travel and tourism industry. GHN's Advisory Board consists of more than 20 hotel company CEOs and presidents, and its thought leadership coalition consists of more than 100 industry leaders. is a Media Sponsor of more than 50 industry conferences, held in the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Caribbean.

A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Harp is a past president and former director of the San Diego CCIM Chapter and a founding director and past president of the Commercial Realtors Association, San Diego County. He is the founder and program chair for the annual San Diego Hospitality Industry Outlook and a Catalyst for Marketplace Ministry for Lausanne Movement. He is also the author of Faith at Work, an online course published by Our Daily Bread Christian University.
